GENERAL / USE

  • For Personal Use only.

  • You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

  • I may post the final comission on my pages (unless asked not to beforehand).

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

  • The art I create cannot be used for AI training.

  • I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason.

PAYMENT

  • Payments will be made strictly through paypal via invoices and will be paid in USD.

  • I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission/offer AND have asked for payment.

  • Payment must be done after accepting the sketch, I will not start the drawing until full payment is made.

  • You must not pay before I accept the slot and drawing concept.

  • I will notify you of the estimated time in which I am to start your commission.

  • After the payment is completed, there are no refunds, please be 100% sure of your decision.

  • I do not accept refunds and would prefer you come and talk to me if any problem occurs. Forcing a chargeback will result in a permanent ban.
